Advisory service around steel plants

Based on the many years of practice  I am able to offer a wide variety of services as follows:

1) Outsourcing into Asian engineering or manufacturing (China, Taiwan, Malaysia etc.)

I can look back on many different  projects with a similar configuration. If the quality and the expediting  of the  parts purchased in Asia is not good, the whole project goals are in danger.

2) Site Management

I can do the complete Site Management Job for Steel Plants, melt shops , rolling mill plants or gas atomizers 

3) Project Management

Of course I can offer techno-commerial  PM for any kind of project, not only for steel plants but also for waste to energy plants and projects in the life science projects. It starts with creating the Organization Chart an ends with the Final Acceptance

4) Quality Assurance

l was responsible for the quality insurance for the S3 Project at Saarstahl for SMS Concast.  In this case the manufacturing was done in the EU, but even there you have to know where to look.

5) Engineering

In 2021 I could show again that I can do the Engineering for an upgrade of a slab rolling mill (AUTOCAD 2 D) including the manufacturing of the mechanical parts in Thailand.

Summary and conclusion

I am convinced that at least  in the steel industry, the time to learn about all disciplines is too short . Next year I will be working 50 years counted from the start of my apprenticeship till now and I am still  learning....
